Plugin License Agreement

• Soniform grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on machines you own.
• License is per-user, not per-machine. You may activate on up to 3 machines simultaneously.
• You may not sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the license to another party.

• Soniform plugins may be available in demo form with a periodic noise interruption.
• Demo versions may not be used in commercial productions.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin.
• Do not modify the plugin binary.
• Do not redistribute the plugin installer.

• The plugin software remains the property of Soniform at all times.
• This agreement grants usage rights only — not ownership.

• Minor updates (bug fixes, stability) are provided free of charge.
• Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.
• Soniform is not obligated to provide updates indefinitely.

• Activation requires an internet connection at the time of activation.
• Activations may be transferred between machines by deactivating on one before activating on another.
• If you lose access to activations due to hardware failure or other issues, contact us and we will restore them.

• This license terminates immediately if you violate any term.
• On termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

• The software is provided as-is. Soniform makes no warranties, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• Soniform's liability is limited to the purchase price of the license.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages.
