• Plugin licenses are sold as described on the product page.
• Purchases are subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) specific to each product.
• All sales are final. Refunds at our discretion for genuine technical issues that cannot be resolved.

• Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either party.
• Early access pricing is offered at our discretion and may change.

• Soniform is not liable for any damages arising from use of our software or website.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
